A teenager’s ultimate rite of passage is coming up soon. Prom. One special night a year where all your high school classmates come together, dance, eat, celebrate the passing of another era.

Destination: Omni Hotel in Dallas. Seniors this week have gotten a chance to pick up their prom tickets and vote for Prom King and Prom Queen. We won’t know the results until prom night but the teens in the ballot are waiting with anticipation..the top 3.

Every teen has their own personal connection and feeling towards prom. Some see it as a chance to dance like you’re at a club, scandalously. Others see it as a fun, simple night, a chance to get to hangout with friends and classmates.

“Prom was a lot of fun. Everyone looked really fancy. We all did. It was our moment to shine”, said Senior Sarah Godfrey.

“It was everything I would imagine it would be”, Senior Kiara James raves.

“The venue was perfect. The whole experience is something I will never forget”, said Senior Armani Estriplet.
